![]() The incoming value is how much trade value flows in from nodes upstream, trade flows downstream like a river. Note that workshops do not increase trade value, but they do increase production income. To raise the local trade value, you want high production provinces, with manufactories. You can see the province trade value in the province trade value, but the figure there is the total trade value for the year (if you want to know the monthly value, just divide by 12 or mouse over the local value in the trade node screen). This is the local value in the trade node screen. The local value is generated from the provinces assigned to that node, more production + higher priced goods = more value. Having 100% control of a poor node means you get 100% of very little. ![]() You want as much trade value in the node as possible.
